Most families start with the free call, then pick the package that fits. No retainers, no surprise invoices — and if your situation doesn't fit a package, hourly consulting covers the rest.
Packages
Free Discovery Call
$0 15 minutes

Records & Plan Review
$225 flat
- Full read of the current IEP or 504 plan, the most recent evaluation, and progress reports
- Written plain-English summary: what's strong, what's missing, what's a red flag
- A prioritized list of what to ask for next
- 45-minute call to walk through all of it
- Turnaround: about one week from receiving records
Meeting Partner
$450 flat
- Everything in the Records & Plan Review
- One-hour prep session before the meeting: your asks, likely responses, and a plan B
- I attend one IEP or 504 meeting with you — in person or by video
- Written recap afterward: what was agreed, what to watch, what's next
Full Cycle Support
$850 flat
- Everything in Meeting Partner, for up to two meetings
- Follow-up checks at 30 and 60 days: is the plan actually being delivered?
- Priority email the whole way through
- Best fit for initial evaluations, contentious annual reviews, and school changes
À la carte consulting — $90/hour. Second opinions on draft goals, reviewing a new evaluation, prepping for a tough conversation with a teacher, or anything that doesn't fit a package. Billed in half-hour increments.
Introductory pricing — rates may change as the practice grows. The price quoted when you book is the price you pay.
Central Indiana in person. Anywhere by video.
In person: meeting attendance and prep sessions are included, with no travel charge, within roughly 30 miles of downtown Indianapolis — Marion County and the surrounding counties.
Farther out in Indiana: same packages, plus a travel fee based on distance. You'll get the exact number up front when you book — no surprises after the fact.
Virtual: everywhere. Records reviews and prep sessions work great by video, and most schools now offer a video option for case conferences, so distance rarely has to be the deciding factor.
