Most families start with the free call, then pick the package that fits. No retainers, no surprise invoices — and if your situation doesn't fit a package, hourly consulting covers the rest.

Free Discovery Call

Records Review & Explanation
$100 flat
- Full read of your child's records: the current IEP or 504 plan and the most recent evaluation
- A plain-English explanation of what it all says — and what it means for your child
Meeting Prep
$225 flat
- Review of the evaluation and the current IEP or 504 plan
- Phone call with you to talk it all through
- Specific recommendations: changes to push for and things to ask for in the meeting
Meeting Partner
$400 flat
- Review of the evaluation and the current IEP or 504 plan
- In-person meeting with you and your child
- Recommendations for the meeting — your asks, and how to make them
- I attend one IEP or 504 meeting with you
- I review the proposed IEP with you before you sign
Full Cycle Support
$850 flat
- Review of the evaluation and the current IEP or 504 plan
- In-person meeting with you and your child, plus meeting recommendations
- I attend up to two meetings in a school year with you
- Help with communication with the school throughout
- Follow-up on progress after the IEP is implemented
À la carte consulting — $90/hour. Second opinions on draft goals, reviewing a new evaluation, prepping for a tough conversation with a teacher, or anything that doesn't fit a package. Billed in half-hour increments.
Introductory pricing — rates may change as the practice grows. The price quoted when you book is the price you pay.
Central Indiana in person. Anywhere by video.
In person: meeting attendance and prep sessions are included, with no travel charge, within roughly 30 miles of downtown Indianapolis — Marion County and the surrounding counties.
Farther out in Indiana: same packages, plus a travel fee based on distance. You'll get the exact number up front when you book — no surprises after the fact.
Virtual: everywhere. Records reviews and prep sessions work great by video, and most schools now offer a video option for case conferences, so distance rarely has to be the deciding factor.
